Our next topic for PE is going to be athletics. You might like to start working on your fitness for the running events (e.g. 100m sprints and long distance). Or, you might like to try practising some long jump at the park or in your backyard. Another event is ball throw. Get someone to partner up with you and practise your throwing - remember to keep your forearm straight and use your strength from your shoulder and your forearm when you throw. Point at your target with your head and shoulder so that it goes in the right direction. Remember to keep your wrist stiff.
